Ava: “Mia cry, cry Mia.”
Mia: Pretends to cry
Ava: “It’s okay Mia, I’m right here” as she tries to cuddle with her on the floor.
Ava: gets up, and covers Mia with her blanket. “Close your eyes, Mia, and go to sleep.”
Mia said to Ava: “Mom, I’m sleeping.”

Me: “yep”
Ava: “Bubba has a penus.”
Me: “Yep, he’s a boy so he has a penis.”
Ava: “My daddy has a penus.”
Me: “Yep he does because he’s a boy.”
Ava: “What does Bubba’s penis look like?”
Me: Trying to hold back a giggle, “Um, I don’t know. I’ve never seen it, but it probably looks like everyone elses.”
Ava: “Oh. Boys gave a penus and girls have a vagina, huh mom?”

It’s funny to watch the girls play together. They are very sweet to each other most of the time.
